   No porridge available. Its the only Gluten Free item I can have Staff took 5mins to realise there was a customer waiting, and while waiting for the drink to be made, staff were on their mobile phone Won't be back

   Always love going to Starbucks. Do think it way over priced so just an occasional treat. Got my girls 3 cake pops that I could put my thumb and finger around it cost over £8.

   Great service and staff. They genuinely care about doing their job well (at least that's the impression I got). Although I did once get told that I couldn't be served about 15 min before closing time - they had already started tidying up so fair enough I guess.

   Been a couple of times recently to enjoy a sit in coffee and found out that the drive thru customers get priority over sit in customers. Empty shop and no queue and it still took a good 5+ mins to get served. All staff huddled in the corner working on the drive thru. The place wasnt clean with tables not cleared and bin overflowing. The worst part was the wet floor/puddle with no slip hazard sign or any attempt by the staff to clean it up. Tip, if you want to sit in, do the drive thru and bring your coffee inside....this came from a member of staff. I know it's not the staff's fault. Having stupid timing targets on the drive thru is damaging the overall experience.

   Busy but nice small Starbucks. Plenty of staff to keep the line moving and I got all my items quickly. There is a drive thru and also inside seating with customer toilets. Most of the coffee is the more bitter arabica type but if you like that type it's great. They do breakfast stuff and loads of cakes.

   Lovely inside. Haven't used the drive-thru. The food was great, and the Hot Chocolate was tasty. The staff dealt with our order quickly.
