Order Delay and Service Experience I placed my order on 26th September, and after 20 days, I only received half of it — and that too only after sending multiple emails to follow up. The remaining half arrived four days later. Throughout this time, I had to send many emails before being informed that there were some production issues, which caused delays. According to the information provided on their website, orders are supposed to be completed within 14 days, but mine took 24 days in total — and only after constant follow-ups. I cannot comment on their in-store service, as I haven’t visited the shop. However, based on my online shopping experience, I would find it difficult to recommend their service to others due to the slow response and delayed delivery.
I can’t recommend the staff at MIYO Apparel enough. Courtney, Amelia and Ian went above and beyond to sort out a problem I had with my daughter’s blazer. They delayed their pick up to include mine due to a misunderstanding and personally kept me up to date with the order to minimise the stress at uniform time. What a lovely family run business and Amelia will be a credit to your company in the coming years. Thank you so much.

Ordered school dance wear waited 6 weeks to be sent wrong sizes got adult xs instead of kids xs asked to be replace took around 2 weeks for replacements to be swapped over then received email saying I would need to pay for returns as they were dirty told them that only one was tried on so that couldn't be true they replied that I would need to pay one then I said that's funny 2 mins ago u said 2 they replied they would take one bk how do I know these guys haven't dirtied it so they aren't out of pocket especially when they tried to get me to pay for the 2 of them will never buy from them again
