   I visited Cruise in Glasgow on Wednesday and was very satisfied with my experience. Initially I wasn't too sure which shoes to get for my outfit but fortunately an Asian staff member named Richard was very helpful and with their knowledge of fashion were able to help me pick out a pair of shoes I was happy with. Great service, will shop here again!

   Was a customer here for Years and watched the service here decline badly. Went from dealing with Tariq and fergie years ago great bunch of guys who helped out with everything, to this new jumped up lot who seem to think everyone’s shop lifting. Hounded me my partner and my newborn son kept following us round the store watching what we were doing and would not leave us alone , put it down as a one off but the few times I went after that service was the exact same. Just spend the extra couple of hours driving to Selfridges in Manchester now.

   Went to pick up a parcel and a very rude man, bald ish- ginger ish hair with tattoo on his neck told me stockroom door lock was broken … and I could not receive my parcel… I had made trip especially to store for collection. I asked him on what to do ,,, ie would they contact me when ready for collection? To which he gave nothing back and said it could be 24-48 hours… I asked if he could take my number down and ensure that I would be called re my collection when’ the door was fixed… considering I spent a decent amount of money.. the service was nothing short of shambolic…. He was rude and sighing at me as if I was stupid..? Flailing paper around and rolling eyes. He was rather standoffish and it was simply a disgraceful way to speak to a customer. If he was my member of staff… he’d be sacked! I then left the store … and two minutes later surprisingly the door was fixed! So I went back and a lovely gentleman ( u know who u r!!) spoke to me and gave me unreal customer service. He is the sole reason why this review has 2 stars instead of 0!!! I wish I got his name !!! Thank you to that gentleman diva and thank you for giving me my parcel:)

   had a terrible experience at this store. A woman who was working there today spoke to me very rudely. Just a few days ago, I bought a pair of glasses from this store. At that time, another salesperson told me that if I wanted, I could exchange them. Based on that, I felt comfortable buying the glasses. Today, when I went back to exchange them, this woman treated me badly and spoke in an unprofessional and disrespectful way. If she had told me from the beginning that exchanges were not possible, I would never have bought the glasses. This was very disappointing, and I do not recommend this place.

   Ivan and Lauren were fantastic. Customer service 5⭐️. We had a private shopping experience & it was so nice. We were acknowledged, treated with respect & they went above and beyond getting our exact sizes & styles. First time I’ve actually bought something in Flannels/ Cruise because of the competent staff.

   Stood over 10 minutes in front of Louboutin and no one attended to us. When I finally managed to grab one of the staff’s attention and asked the item I want, she just said they don’t have it and didn’t give us a chance to ask anymore questions as she was rushing with her cleaning products and didn’t come back to us. Foolishly stood another 10 mins thinking she would come back or someone else would attend to us. So we left and went to house of Frasers and got my shoes there instead :) much better service. Will not come back here

   Extremely disappointed in the level of service and general help in purchasing. Refused to look at me while a person who came in after me was attended to first. I really do feel like the way i looked was not of their liking. Disgusting and disgraceful. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!

   Very disappointed with the service received. I’m a regular and spend on average £1500 per month between the groups including Flannels and Fraser’s. I complained as an item I bought last week for £550 went on sale with an extra £100 off. Their attitude changed and said they could not do anything about it so I returned the item. My friend who was with me wanted to buy the item but was refused sale as he was present with me when the return took place. They said it was company policy to refuse resale of a product after a return and that the product is held in storage for 48 hours so Mohammed was upset that he could not make the purchase. Funnily enough I asked my friend David to purchase the item for Mohammed an hour after he was refused to test the 48 hours storage theory but he was sold the item. I have never faced this issue in Fraser’s or Flannels but am very disappointed with Cruise. Shame on you!

   I've always had a good experience when visiting this shop. Very polite helpful staff throughout the shop. The bald guy always goes out his way to help me when they don't have my size so get the item delivered to store. I can't fault anything

   Great shop but the waiting time put me off this time, only to be told after stock check there were none of what I was looking for. I could order online but that defeats the purpose of travelling to go to the store from dundee, and seeing the items before buying. Would still come back but if your going in leave plenty of spare time.
