Very bad atmosphere whenever I came by. The staff are very rude and they really avoid helping the customers. They make up the prices and the refunds are always wrong. No wonder they are closing the shop, they should hardly sell with that attitude.

Went in to do a return which I had purchased the day before was still in bag with tag and receipt and was served by the blonde staff who quite literally was one of the most rude assistants I have had within a retail. I work for the galleries myself and after the interaction walked away feeling so uncomfortable. Sarcastic voice when i was asking simple questions about my payment, shaking her head at me, squinting eyebrows. Never felt the need to write a review before until now

Absolutely horrendous visit today Visiting Glasgow and entered the store asked a question , we were polite but before we,d even left the blonde assistant with glasses muttered something about us , as I turned to look at her she said Yes problem , , how rude , as my daughter could see I was visually upset so she turned and assistant was like er has your mam said something, I don't know if she anti English, but this was a terribly upsetting visit to your store , we then left Glasgow, and probably won't be back Disgusting behaviour and in my mind needs addressing

Incredibly rude staff. A while back I bought some clothes for my daughter and they weren’t suitable. I brought them back the next day and the manager was hostile about accepting a return. I’m not sure what her problem was. She tried to insist I showed her photo ID before she’d deign to process the return on the card, even though I had the card and the receipt, the clothes were in perfect condition in the bag and it was literally 24 hours since I’d bought them. I ampretty sure what she was doing was illegal, to try to prevent a refund, and I refused, but maybe this is a technique she tries to intimidate teenagers into not making a return. Her manner was also awful. Really, really unpleasant experience. Zero stars if I could.

I'm too old and not nearly trendy enough to be the target market for this place. There were a couple of things I liked the look of but they didn't have prices on and I didn't want them enough to go and ask.

Travel to Glasgow for short breaks & concerts/theatre with my Daughters every now & again . They love this shop as quite different clothing & accessories. Have tried a few times to make light conversation with staff , ( changing room , tills , shop floor etc) but don't seem to ever get a welcoming response . So please girls , cheer up !

I've never purchased anything from here, guess I'm too old, they have great clothes, trendy and retro but gotta be mindful of age now at 55yrs. Enjoy a browse tho.
