   I've been shopping at Big Dawg Republic for a few years now, and overall I am happy with the service, including the returns. Unfortunately my last purchase dud not go so well. I purchased 2 pairs of jeans as a Christmas gift for my son, and arranged for them to be left at my neighbours as I was going to be out. I picked them up from my neighbour when I got home and put the package down to be wrapped at the weekend. When I opened the package there was only 1 pair of jeans inside. I contacted Big Dawg Republic, and they said that on there cctv the items were packed together and I should check to see if my neighbour has removed one of the items. I have a good relationship with my neighbours, but checked with them anyway. They have assured me that only 1 package was delivered. I have since written back to Big Dawg Republic and attached a picture of my package, which looks like it would struggle to hold 2 pairs of Jeans and I'm awaiting a reply.

   "Give it to your woman - it's her job!" on the washing label. Seriously? Check the date in your calendar. Look at the year. It should start with 20.

   Great service and Great communication throughout. Top Dawgs. The two jackets I purchased for my daughter's have barely been taken off since Christmas (partly the weather in the Midlands) My girls love them and their friends love them. Will be back for more items in the future.

   cannot fault this company, excellent customer service, great prices, good quality and fast delivery. we've ordered many items for my partner he's 5'7 so we struggle for right style jeans but big dawg republic have never let us down. would highly recommend!

   Outstanding service! Brilliant communication and so helpful. I ordered the wrong size and was replied to almost instantly. They went out of their way to try to source the correct size. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock but sent a refund the same day. Would 100% recommend and use them again. Customer service was brilliant!

   Bought a pair of loose fit/baggy dungarees. They were reasonably priced, arrived quickly and looked as good as they did in the picture. When I needed to exchange them, the customer service I received (dealt with Cameron) was superb! Fast, friendly, helpful and efficient. I love my dungarees, wear them often and have had lots of compliments. I would definitely use this company again. :)
