Really nice pub, unfortunately they'd run out of roast dinners which was a huge shame as that's what we went for. So we ordered something else which was very nice. 4 people came in after us and had a roast which was odd, perhaps they reserved their meals?? Really nice staff. Very reasonable prices.
Lovely pub, food was excellent, staff were lovely, especially Caroline. We had the kids with us, and they made us feel really welcome. If I lived closer, I’d be back. Highly recommended
Super pub, excellent range of drinks and amazing food served from a wide ranging menu, starters and mains all delicious and perfectly cooked. Staff are friendly and more than helpful. Fabulous weekend karaoke. All in all a great find and a very popular place to eat drink and be merry. Highly recommended also handy for Edingburgh airport and would definitely return.
Really great pub food done proper. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Awesome selection of beers and other drinks. The Sunday roast was spot on, just what I was after. Really enjoyed our visit and planning on another this week!!
Lovely meal here tonight Big portions, great selection and good prices Couldn't fault the food or the service, very helpful and friendly We had a steak baguette with salad, chips and onion rings and Mac cheese with salad and garlic bread, faultless
Stopped in the pub to meet some friends for a mid-afternoon drink. It was lovely and welcoming, however we received a parking fine for using what appears to be the pub carpark behind the pub. I sent a few emails and a phone asking for support/clarity but never received a reply. So a lovely pub, but don't park out back or it could be a more expensive visit than you anticipated.
Lovely friendly staff and the lunch was really nice as well. Would definitely recommend to friends.
