   Best bar by far in portobello. Staff are excellent, very attentive, happy to chat and always have a smile on their faces. Portobello bar has the best juke box in the lothians as well. Manager/owner Tracy, is a lovely kind person, who knows her stuff. Regulars and visitors are always made welcome.

   My friends brought me there and the owner was asking my friends to bring other younger people there. We are all over 30. She was wasted drunk. A breach of her licence. I don't drink. I walked in and she instantly demanded I leave as I don't have identification on me. I have reported her to the licencing board for being drunk at work.

   It's OK, a busy local often with the horse racing on felt a little bit of a click at first though after a few times in sound pub. Decent music, staff will chat after they get to know you.

   Great place. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Go there most weeks. Love the place. Went there in the 1960's when it was the Grapes. Magic!!!!!

   Very friendly place to visit. I work night shifts occasionally and it opens at 7am to cater for night workers. Fantastic place to pop in for a pint after work on your way home.
