   Celebrated my friend’s birthday on Saturday. Highlight of the night was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and had a memorable experience. The bar area was well-stocked with an impressive range of drinks, including a variety of premium spirits. Shout out to DJ Que for the great music. Will definitely be back soon.

   Went on my birthday and was met with a rude and aggressive bouncer who claimed me and my friends were being aggressive when we were asked to wait on the side, after purchasing tickets beforehand. Eventually we were not let in after asking why they stopped us. We were not drunk at all and not in any way aggressive. Shocking management and bouncers. DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANY FUN!!!

   Security didn’t let us in because we were male and we asked why, since we paid £22 each. The security then got mad because we “talked back” tell us to listen and just say sorry. We just wanted an explanation but they got emotional and even tried to say we can’t touch them because of their size. Overall, don’t book if you are a male group, they won’t let you in. It was the “productions fault” as said by the security, fair point but the security guards are softies. The producers are frauds as they will sell the tickets to 100 men and only let 50 in.

   We showed up to this club as a group of 7 guys. We all paid £22 entry for entry at anytime. Upon arriving at the door we were told that we have to wait to entry because “too many guys were in the club’, fair enough but how can you advertise tickets for “entry at anytime” then? After that we asked the bouncers for a simple explanation after which they kept telling us aggressively that we were trying to start an argument when we simply wanted an explanation for how they can sell tickets at that price for entry at that time and then you can be denied at the door based on gender. Overall horrible club experience, horrible treatment from the bouncers.

   One of the security guards (bald head) racially profiled me and started using micro racial microaggressions and was super rude and arrogant, he got me so riled up and made me cry and hyperventilate. The owner of the club/event did nothing to sort it out, he was also speaking down to me - very unprofessional. Also google says it shuts at 3 but they stop letting people in at 1.30, don't waste your time going here, they are rude and unwelcoming and hire audacious security.
