Let’s give kudos where they are do- the greet staff were friendly, courteous and welcoming. Now the rest of the story…..a lounge that is used by millions so it looks a little shop worn. It is clean and there is staff that dutifully makes sure that plates, glasses etc are removed in a timely fashion. If it is a banana , it is a banana. But, if it’s orange juice, it’s colored water. Remember the days of orange drink they used to give kids at school- THINK THAT. ALCOHOL is the real stuff just make sure whatever you use as a mixer get it out of a can. I said to a worker- if you can find a real egg in this gelatinous yellowish- white mess called scrambled eggs, I WILL GIVE YOU 100 pounds. He said with a chagrined face you probably won’t be paying your 100 pounds. The baked beans were a runny mess of beans and sauce. I think you get what a mean. There is a small child’s play area. I realize with everyone carrying phones and laptops tops but a few more televisions for news updates would be appreciated. A nice feature for those of us needing assistance- THEY ARE STELLAR in THIS CATEGORY! Look this is Heathrow which is not one of the best international airports in the world but BA opens it doors to a lot of customers not like Delta where they have created DELTA ONE for first class only and the lounge for the others who qualify. On the quality of food maybe they might to rethink the menus and that maybe less is best but you know as soon as they did that those looking for a full English breakfast even with it being ersatz would complain. Oh well, they will figure it out. Maybe not, it’s been this way for a long time. A NOTE: they talk about honoring diversity. Maybe BA needs to consider that pork products could be placed on a separate table. Bismillah. Or maybe for kosher followers.

I visited the British Airways Club Lounge at Heathrow T5 (B Gates) and while the space itself was well maintained and clean, the overall experience fell short. The lounge was extremely crowded, which made it difficult to relax and find a comfortable spot. The food menu was also quite limited, especially for vegetarians, with only a handful of options available. For a business class lounge, I expected more variety and a less congested atmosphere.

The lounge was spacious, but it definitely is more run down and dated than other business class lounges. The food selection was decent. Was able to take a shower, but outside it being nice to refresh yourself, the showers rooms are basic.

I found this to be a wonderful lounge and a great place to spend a few hours. I had a shower and a meal. This lounge is definitely less crowded than others at LHR. If you are i terminal 5, consider coming over here to avoid the crowds!

The closest and quietest BA lounge in Terminal 5. You only really need to visit this lounge when your flight departs from B gate. Take the transit train from the main terminal and the escalator only walking distance as soon as you get off the transit train and it will take you straight up to the lounge. My flight was fairly late leaving London to Dubai. The hot food section has a good selection of curry, rice, and bite size pies. A salad bar section with a few prepared salad and fresh tomorrow, olives, green leaves. I had a small bowl of tomatoes and yoghurt cucumber salad. The beverage section is pretty much the same as other BA lounges. As the late evening approached, the wine section had an empty bottle left on the rack. And the staff replaced the bottle soon I asked for replenishment. Mixed nuts and packs of crisp are the same like other lounges. I had 2 glasses of red and a bowl of mixed nuts before heading to my flight. Definitely the quietest lounge where I can relax, much better than other lounges in terminal 5.

The quieter t5 BA lounge. Plenty of space to sit, with loads of food and drink options. Smaller cans available, I always put a few in my bag for the flight, along with a water cooler for filling up bottles. There's ice cream for kids, or grown ups really I guess. This is a good quiet space to relax before your flight.

Spacious lounge and very quiet. Not a lot of choices on the menu. I had a tomato soup which was all right, nothing special. The pains aux raisins were superb. I was very impressed with it and had a 2nd one. Disappointed not too see those gummy bear snacks from the departure lounge.

Unlike the North and South galleries at the main departures terminal which are overcrowded and dirty, the club lounge at concourse B is clean, spacious and most importantly, usually sparsely occupied. Hot food, drink, snacks and assorted desserts all available and a far more peaceful environment - what a lounge should be.

The lounges and overall business service is very good! Made flying so much more relaxed. Menu on the ground is limited but the food is tasty. The food in the air is good, never before have i even attempted to eat plane food after a bad experience many years ago. But they served a great dish on a real plate. The staff were amazing, the lounge is generally quiet and well maintained. A must for travelling in the current covid world.
