Asked if they would do some eye makeup if I bought some products and two sales assistants on the counter refused! Literally not many customers in the store between 9am to 10am on sat morning and they were unwilling. Directed me to go to fenwick instead! Lazy and unmotivated staff!
I’m genuinely disappointed to say that this is the second time I’ve walked out of Boots Brent Cross without making a purchase because of the way customers are handled at the tills. The first incident happened when I tried to buy several items using the self-checkout machines. I scanned everything, but when I attempted to pay, an error message appeared. I called over a member of staff, who told me to move to the next machine. I did exactly that, only for the same problem to happen again. When I called her back, she questioned how I had paid, even though I clearly hadn’t reached the payment stage due to the error. She once again told me to try yet another machine. At that point I simply left everything behind and walked out, frustrated and embarrassed. Today, I thought I would avoid a repeat of that experience by queuing for a staffed till instead. I only had one item to pay for, so I waited patiently until it was my turn. When I reached the counter, the cashier – a man – told me he couldn’t serve me because he was dealing with another customer, even though that customer had arrived with another member of staff and I had been waiting in the queue. The other cashier then said she would take over serving all his customers. But immediately afterwards, two women appeared and she began serving them instead, as if I wasn’t even there and hadn’t been waiting in line. Once again, I left my product and walked out. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal Boots shopper for years, both in-store and online, but after two experiences like this, I don’t intend to return. It feels like a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and patience, and it’s put me off the brand entirely.
Went into the Brent Cross Boots not planning to buy a thing, but the lovely girl there—Martina? I think that was her name ..was so kind and convincing I ended up getting the collagen bottles And I must say, I feel better already! At my age I need all the help I can get, she really made this old lady feel very special
Love this boots with so much to choose from. They have sun protection, make up, perfumes, toiletries, pharmacy, food , drinks, baby and child products, beauty products, opticians, hearing care and photo, click and collect. Take your time here as there are loads of great prices and offers. Make sure you have your Boots advantage card too. Staff are super efficient.
Super shop/pharmacy. Most over-the-counter medicine available. Knowledgeable staff. Check out the deals they have - can sometimes pick up some good bargains in sun tan products, perfumes and after shaves, vitamins, box sets etc etc. Definitely recommended for your everyday medicinal needs.
Very helpful staff at this shop! Special thanks to Amanda who served me at around 12pm on Sunday 12/02/2023! Amanda was very helpful and patient with me and also helped me with my app and points system. I was returning an item and buying additional items and the whole process and transaction was smooth and seamless because of Amanda. All staff were helpful but Amanda was specially helpful to me. Amazing customer service! Not sure what his name is but he is a Pakistani/Indian man I believe he works in the perfume section. First time I’ve met someone in retail that actually cares and shows amazing customer service. I’ve have 2 great experiences with him once last year and this Christmas Eve always helpful with perfume and suggestions. Helped me pick up Prada perfume for my brother. He has amazing communication and is an attentive listener even though the store was busy and no other employees helped me, he ensured I was able to find the right perfume. He is amazing thank you soo much.
Visited the Chanel fragrance counter today, where I was looking for a gift for my son. I was confused about what I needed and an assistant named Robertas asked me if I needed help. He helped me to decide what would be suitable and once I purchased the gift, he wrapped it, saving me a job when I got home. He was very helpful, thank you for taking the time to help me today Robertas :))
Najima ? Lovely lady who is the manager of the smelly, ( perfumery and cosmetic department ) was Wonderful. Went out of her way to help me. Excellent Customer Service. There should be more like her and less like others. I can't thank her enough.
