Mr Queen is extremely helpful with sound advice on all matters of Vacuum Cleaners etc. Its good to be reassured if a repair is viable rather than purchasing a replacement . Sadly many branded new products do not have the build quality or durability that was an industry priority in the past. Highly recommended as a first port of call!!!
