   So disappointed. I visited the store on the 16th October knowing which machine I had seen online and wished to order. Went to store in the hopes it would give an advisor commission or meet their sales targets in order to support local high street stores. Was told it wouldn’t be ready until November as it was on preorder. That was ok. It got to the 20th of November without so much as a call or email to say we’re still waiting for stock. I checked the information on my confirmation to ensure they had the right contact number too. I then emailed to say cancel the order since I’ve had zero communication in over a month and never got so much as a sorry to hear that, or even an acknowledgement. Ordered another machine from curry’s at 4pm and it was delivered and installed at 7am the very next morning. You try to support local but when this is the service, the businesses who actually want the custom will win.

   I needed a new washing machine.I phoned on Monday 20th at 9Am.I ordered the machine I chose and paid for it.I was delighted that it would be delivered on the Friday.The two men who came with it were excellent. Very professional.They removed the old one and even cleaned the floor before installing the new one.I was delighted with the service. That is why I go to Frank Craig,its the personal touch from beginning to end.Excellent Service. Many Thanks.
