   Stood for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to turn up. The assistant at the head of the queue was just talking to a 'friend'. He eventually paid attention left without saying anything and disappeared through the back to send out 2 sales people who had been "doing something else" Not impressed with this service at all. After all that they did not stock what I was looking for. Such is life these days.

   My dad went for a saw.. Was alright un and out quivk but had to go back as the woman gave a fine one insted of medium... After being asked more than twice but it happens... All in all a buzy wee shop and staff are nice

   Had a sales assistant from Howdens Bellshill come over to give me a quote on a new kitchen. After a almost giving up and finding a new contractor due to how long they were taking to give me the quote I finally got given a date for the kitchen to be fitted. I emailed them several times to ask how and when to pay and received not one reply. Finally I called them on the day that the kitchen was meant to be fitted and nobody had any recollection of a kitchen going out that day.
