   First call to the company - found them approachable and they do what they say they will do ! no need to chase up for a return call to my enquiry . They sent out an engineer - who turned up, again when he said he would. He identified the fault within mins - previous company out three times and still couldnt find a fault despite machine leaking water when operating . Previous company told me it couldnt be fixed and to dump the machine. Intellico fixed the machine replacing two arms for a call out charge and parts within the day. Stephen , the engineer was very efficient and respectful of staff and premises. Intellico is definately worth a phonecall ! Wouldnt hesitate in recommending them.

   We have had the pleasure of meeting both Scott and Richard. Scott diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly, ordered parts and send estimates all in the same day. Richard came and fitted the new part and gave our dishwasher an overall check. Would recommend 100%. So happy with the service, both men were very knowledgeable and spent time going over the dishwasher issues. Thanks again. Becky x

   Absolutely brilliant service! Not only was the job completed really quickly but Richard actually took the time to explain to me what the issue was with the glasswasher and how he was going to fix it. Very thorough, and assured me if I had any questions or issues that Intellico would be back out to sort!    If I could give more than five stars I would! Excellent company that gave 100% throughout my dealings with them. Initial phone call was an enquiry, which was dealt with promptly, excellent advice given, which resulted in a site inspection to make sure the machine I was interested in was compatible with the kitchen. Honest advice given, a thorough inspection done, no sales push at any point, Richard obviously very knowledgeable, and passionate about his work, which gave me confidence to not just buy the dishwasher, but to ask his advice and expertise on taking out existing sinks and replacing with custom made one and surrounds, including housing the new dishwasher! Highly recommend Intellico, great service, staff and workmanship, and I'm delighted with the end result!
