   I ordered a spring for a bespoke rear shock for my motorcycle. It arrived very promptly but I realised straight away I had ordered the wrong spring rate, 200 lbs/inch too light! The team were amazing, they reserved the correct spring for me, as soon as I called up, and sent it out the same day as the original one arrived back. No quibbles, just fantastic service to correct my dodgy ordering. Top team, highly recommended.

I need everything, seats, helmet, o/alls, gloves, boots etc and they spent time finding the right sizes etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressed.    At first this was going to be a 5 star review, but unfortunately my second encounter with the shop staff was not as positive as the first. I went to the shop to have a look and hopefully a seat in their race seats. When I first went into the shop the staff were great. No pressure, could not do enough to help me. I purchased a seat. I'm glad I went as one of the seats I was looking at ended up being very tight in the shoulders. So that was great. Once I had it home I wanted to try the side mounts on and while doing this I noticed there were a few marks on the seat, a slight tear in the fabric and stitching that did not look great. I gave the shop a phone on the Monday and the staff member I spoke to was great. I had sent over some pictures and they agreed the seat could be swapped over for another one. So I arranged to take the seat back and pick up another seat. This is where it went downhill. I returned to the shop a few days later and spoke to one of the members of staff who I had dealt with on the Saturday and showed them the damage, marks and stitching I had noticed. They then suggested I had caused the marks and damage to the seat myself when sitting in it. I had to make a 70 mile round trip to get the seat exchanged. Believe me it was not convenient or something I wanted to do. I wish the seat had been perfect in the first place instead of having the deal with exchanging it. I was going to purchase a harness and the hardware to install it in my car. But, after the comment made from the member of staff, I decided I would rather take my business elsewhere. So it was a great experience from the floor staff and office staff till my second visit and that last impression is what I remember now. I hope others have a much better experience. As you can see from the pictures this seat was damaged but was sold to me as a brand new seat.

   I ordered a steering wheel on Christmas Day thinking it’ll be new year by the time I get it but no..I got it 4 days later!! The steering wheel wasn’t expensive at all so I was thinking it’ll be less of a quality than a pricey but the quality it just as good as a pricy one in my opinion. Would definitely recommend this company for car bits

   I'm building a Bonneville land speed record Motorcycle streamliner, and needed some support to acquire a 7 point drag race harness, ( Not an everyday item) but also to have it delivered to a USA address whilst i was out there so i could bring it back to the UK to finalise my cockpit set up. Ross could not have been more helpful, with constant communication both when i was in the UK and USA, chased Simpson to deliver the goods that all USA suppliers said they could not achieve in time, did a cracking price and all to a new customer! I cannot recommend highly enough, a truly superb business who deserves to flourish in these times of indifferent customer service.
