   Been taking our 2 cars to Bellinghams for about 3 years after getting a personal recommendation. I’ve always found Darren and the team to be really helpful and clear in what any issues might be and transparent about the costs if I want to proceed. There’s never any pressure to get unnecessary work done, and when work is done they’re always accurate about how long it’ll take. They’ve offered advice over the phone when I was in trouble with a battery and are happy to discuss options when it comes to getting work done. I’ve always found them to be incredibly honest and fair and would not hesitate to recommend them (as I have done on several occasions). Keep up the great work guys.

   Darren and the guys at Bellingham have looked after my cars for over 10 years now and have been really responsive and helpful all the way. Over the last couple of months they've got me back on the road twice after my aging Audi needed unforseen repairs. Most recently this was diagnosis and repair of rear air suspension. I've always found great communication, faults fixed, and back on the road with the minimum of fuss. I always learn something about the car too which is a bonus. They are all round good, trustworthy guys who value customer service and are happy to go the extra mile. In January they checked over the hydraulic steering and replaced a bulb for free after I reported some concerns. I have no hesitation recommending.

   I brought my car to this place a while ago to have it fixed for me. I had problems with the boot catch and engine sign, the door needed £89 to replace a part. They also removed the engine sign but it came back the same after a day. I called them today for a solution they said that we did not have an available appointment I said that you had charged me £255 they said we had just removed the sign with the computer and nothing else!!! Did I ask for this?? Isn't this some kind of cheating?? How many times have I taken the car to the garage I never saw that crazy price, and now when I ask them to fix their mistake they say they can't until next week!

   I have been using Bellingham Motors in one form or another for around 20 years. As well as being thoroughly professional and efficient in their work, as an independent operator they have two crucial advantages over larger, network garages. Firstly is cost, where they are consistently cheaper than others (and have been for the 20 years I have been using them). The other is customer service. As an example, last week, the day before my son's driving test the motor on the windscreen washer broke meaning we couldn't clean the windows, and couldn't use the car for the test. At very short notice Darren spent a good hour checking for the fuse box and replaced it, and topped up my anti-freeze for no charge. You simply wouldn't get service like that anywhere else. And my son passed his test!
