Helpful staff who go the extra mile, but as its tyres they’re selling it would be better if they didn’t add mileage to them. Competitive prices.
Had a puncture that was irreparable. I ordered 3 tyres yesterday and booked an appointment for one week today. I received a call to tell me my tyres had arrived and my appointment was confirmed. I asked if they had an earlier appointment ,but was told they hadn't I was heading to the store and Bob asked me to drop my keys at the desk and they would try to replace the punctured tyre. I received a call to tell me they had fitted all three. 5 star service thank you Bob,, Frazer and John top class

Quick, reasonably priced and trusted. A week after my first ever flat, I somehow picked up another on a different tyre and, after taking more time to research prices, realised I'd be completely ripped off (by Halfords) for nearly £100 over what Costco would charge. Really quick turnaround from ordering to booking in and was able to just shop whilst I waited.
Replaced all 4 tires, but wish I never used Costco! True what they say, you pay what you get for! Next morning, warning lights came on! Currently in Quickfit having all the valves replaced as I was told on the online portal, this is part of the service!! Meaning, Costco! I did not get my car back in the same shape as handed over! Friendly man here at Quickfit just told me, all valves has been placed incorrectly , i.e. needs replaced due to damage! Costco you have breached your safety policy by a mile!!! Your Safety comes first policy…. proven wrong!! I did not feel safe driving my car after your service! I’m disappointed

Phoned Costco Tyre Center after pulling off on the bypass with a flat tyre. Bob was great on the phone, and they were able to squeeze us in while we went for a shop. He saved us time as well by renewing our membership at the tyre desk, which saved us waiting in a big queue. Thank you for making a stressful day a little easier!
Always bring the car here when I need tyres. The guys do a great job and take care of the car, alloys are always looked after when they are mounting the tyres and are left scratch free. Never normally takes more than an hour once the car has been taken into the garage, depending on how busy they are, then you get a courtesy phone call when the car is ready.
