   I stopped by today because I heard a noise coming from the rear of my car. The staff were extremely helpful; They checked it out and discovered that I had a bolt in my tyre. They fixed it on the spot for me. I can't thank them enough!

   I have used qwik lube a few times already but my experience is getting worse and worse every time. Last time I called them and asked if they woul be able to fix no power in a rear door (both window and lock don't work). Ok, they said, bring it to us an we will see. I left a car by 7am and they called me about 3pm the same day saying it must be an electrical issue. Maybe a wire loop, maybe a lock. Anyway they can't do anything as they are not electricians. But I have been charged 45 pounds fot that piece of advise they gave me. Lovely

   They have a good price for oil changes. I asked them if they can do a brake check as well but they said they are short on staff and might not be able to. A few hours later, they phoned me saying my tyres are running low, and I need new brake pads and discs. When I said no and I only wanted the oil change, the person seemed very unhappy and their mood changed. Also how can them claim they "might" be able to a brake check due to a staff shortage but suddenly now have the time to put in new brakes and tyres. Cowboys, got my brakes checked independently and only the rear needed new pads not discs. Won't be returning back!

   Fantastic, fair service. Helped me out with a quick fix and didn't even charge me as it was a 5 minute job. I work just down the road and we all actively recommend our staff use these guys now - always so helpful and quick!
