Arrived to the garage said good morning to 2 different person and I was completely ignored. So I left. The worst customer service I’ve ever had Edinburgh. If they treat new customers like this, it means they don’t need new customers. Really hope your usual customers don’t fail on you and good luck with your service.
I'm new to the area so I wasn't familiar with where to take my car. I have to say Bill and the team have been excellent taking care of my car(s). I can happily recommend anyone to use Abercorn garage.
I liked going to this garage the son of the owner is such a helpful guy. I needed a battery and the father said it would cost £126 just for a battery and said I’m better getting a good one as the one that was in my car not very good but it’s been in the car since 2010. I really did rate this garage but I’m afraid I won’t be going back . I got a battery for £45 and the car is running fine now it’s a shame the father needs to charge extreme prices .
The guys were really helpful and didn't try to rip me off. Work was done and car was running great. A lovely little family business
I live 5 mins from this garage and never knew it existed till I did a Google search. I was really impressed with the customer service I received from Bill at Abercorn Garage. He managed to squeeze me in to do some MOT repairs the day after I called him. Got my car back the same day and it has now passed its MOT. Would definitely recommend this garage.
