Had taken my car for an MOT here, which ended up in me paying £400 to have a disc brake replaced. After replacement the left wheel had been rattling when driving. I take my car back for it to be checked again. The next thing is I’m being charged another £100 to have something else replaced. Blamed as being from “bump in the road” even though there was no noise before the MOT. Complete nonsense and feel scammed. I’d have at least appreciated a phone call to say “this is what is wrong and this is what it will cost you” instead of just going ahead.
If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would! They fitted us in very last minute when we had a problem with our suspension and was due to go on holiday that weekend. Fantastic pricing, brilliant service and just all round lovely guys. Will be using them for everything now going forward.
Was recommended Stenhouse Motors by a friend. My first impression was extremely positive, of a professional and organised set up, with staff who are respectful and interested. Had my MOT done there. Prices are great and the guys are super reliable! Even though they were short on staff the day I had my MOT done, my car was ready in about 3 hours!
Kenny was great and came to jump my car after it wouldn't start. Always had great service at this garage and have used them for a few years.
Honestly the best garage I’ve ever been to. Guys are so nice and genuinely want to help you. Been going for years and never been ripped off, they give me great discounts and they get work done really fast. 100% recommend.
Had a fantastic experience with Kenny and his team. Kenny was super friendly on the phone. Booked me in for a service and MOT, and reassured me that they would call before doing any work on the car so I could budget for what I could afford to pay. On the day everyone was very helpful, got a call half way through the morning about my MOT results and collected my car mid afternoon. What a dream!
