   Called up to inquire about having some repairs done and was told that they were too busy to even consider booking in more work. When asked who around does quality work, was told I would have to phone around (which is a very different response when compared to other garages that were otherwise too busy). Rather unhelpful experience and given my wife and I have two cars we'd regularly service - a loss of longer-term business as a result.
