I was very impressed with the friendly and quick service that I received from Sean and team. My car was booked in for the following day and ready for the next. To my surprise, it was door to door service, a first for me as I was dropped off, then picked up from my home! It was very reasonable, so Iwould definitely recommend this garage.
Beware, will try to overcharge you when they get the chance. Been there for repairs a few times. Last time they quoted price for a repair, took it to another garage and the price quoted was £800 less than what was originally quoted at Crown Grove. Thought they were trustworthy, but they proved me wrong.
Car dropped off for MOT just after 8am, and received a text to tell me that my car was ready to be collected around half 10. Fastest MOT I've ever had. Will definitely be returning in the future.
Excellent service! Shaun and the team were brilliant. My tyre blew out on the way to work. The team were great, fitted my spare so i could get to work, still in before 9am! With a new tyre waiting for me on the way home. Very reasonable and even sorted a very noisy heat cover too!!
The team at Crown Grove were extremely helpful when my car was jump started by the AA and replaced my alternator 2 days earlier than anticipated. Lovely customer service, very efficient, and I'm very grateful! Car driving well!
