Very disappointed. We wanted to donate a cuddle chair that's in good condition. I advised the person on the phone that it was built in our living room and it may need to be taken apart to get it out the door. The gent on the phone said "we will still collect." The pick up guys came, looked at the sofa and said they couldn't take it because it won't fit past the doors. When I said we advised it would need to be taken apart on the phone the guys said we are the second person to say this today. My husband said they could try and take it out on its side and the gent said it would be to awkward to do! My husband got it outside easy by himself when 2 men from the charity refused to do it and left! We called the charity shop back and said it was possible and that they just needed to come back and collect it. Guy on the phone said they couldn't as the driver had finished and they had no way of collecting it today. We will be donating elsewhere and avoiding this charity in the future.

Good range in the charity shop. Lots of furniture and household goods, but good selection of books, some clothes, jigsaws etc as well so not solely furniture. Staff are very lovely. Always saying good morning and happy to help.

Wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some reviews but I don’t understand the negativity at all. I only saw great prices and found a sofa we were desperately needing for a great deal. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Will absolutely be back to keep furnishing our flat!

I was very disappointed in the service at the accord. They told me they were going to put aside an item for me for a few hours as I could not pick it up right away but when I came back for it they had sold it to someone else.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but I haven't had a good experience with this place. Bought a washing machine that we were told has been tested. But it turned out to have a leakage. Although I got a full refund for the machine, I ended up losing 20 pounds that I had paid for the delivery of the machine to my house just a mile away. Lesson learned.

You can pick up a great bargain and help out a charity at same time. 2nd life or upcycle better than landfill. Old furniture quality is streeylrs ahead of modern rubbish. Staff are brilliant too.
