   They quoted £3000 for a repair (the car value was actually £3000 too). They charged £84 for the diagnostic which I already got from free from another garage but they would not accept. Finally found another garage that did the job for £80. The positive reviews from this place are probably friends of these robbers. Always check the negative reviews first, lesson learnt. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else, these guys will try to rip you off, or at least get your £84 for 1min of work. Scammers.

   Just been in with independent again for my annual test and check up. Had some upgrades to front brakes new brakes all round dani adjusted and done my tracking properly. Car drives so much better. He really does know his stuff. Always answers any questions. Been a great help over the past few years only take my car to him.

   Excellent service. Went above and beyond to fix the headlights on our Volvo. No one else wanted to know. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Many thanks for keeping us on the road. Went back a couple of weeks later and the mechanic helped to update the headlight bulbs. Really appreciate your brilliant customer service.

   Do not under any circumstances take your car to this garage. Had my BMW for 15 minutes and determined I needed a new rear differential, said it would be £2300 to for a new one. Refused and took my car to another Proper BMW garage who informed me the fault in the differential was a manufacture fault and got a differential for free from BMW. Stay well and truly away from this garage if you have any care for your car and wallet.

   Quoted £1079 to fit a new alternator to a Smart car, after diagnostics carried out by this garage. After further investigation by another garage the fault turned out to be a 5 amp fuse which would cost less than a £1 to replace. After discussion they agreed to refund the £70 fee for diagnostics as they should have identified the fuse as the fault, not the alternator replacement at a cost of £1079. Then they proceeded to claim they could not refund the £70 fee as I didn't have the original receipt with me, their computerised system could not void the receipt, they would have to manually rip it up. Then they had the audacity to ask me to leave as I swore at the snowflake member of staff. (Understandable under the circumstances I thought) Do not go near this garage unless you want to pay for work which doesn't need done.
