   Friendly but poor service, almost like a scam. I was there late September 2024 with a flat front winter tire and wanted a new pair of front tires. He did it very quickly and I didn't think much of it. Turns out he outfitted me with a pair of SUMMER tires which I only realized when I switched tires to summer early this year. In late September, winter coming, in Scotland: summer tires. I guess he saw the foreign license plate and a young student like me and thought he could make some easy money and get rid of old summers. Pretty disappointing as I had to buy new winter tires again and paid 120 pounds for basically endangering myself and others on the road. Reckless.

   Poor service brought car week before told me to fix mirror replacement mirror fitted. Now told it's whole case that needs replacing guys attitude on phone stinks, was away on holiday first day and this manger just ruined my whole holiday

   I checked the price on line for an oil and filter change for my vehicle - £95.94 The garage refused this price and charged me £119. I checked again when I got home and the £95.94 price was correct. After tedious phone calls Customer Care agreed to refund me the difference.
