   New management have ruined the place, the queues are dangerous with masses pushing with people cutting in without the security guards doing anything other than standing and watching whilst inside is practically empty. You can’t enter the smoking area without smoking a cigarette meaning non-smokers can’t get any air and the music is even more trash than before. Used to be a classic, now never going back lol rip slug wed

   Very cheap entry, so definitely good quality to price ratio. The club got packed around 00:00 but it’s pretty small. Everyone was young, it’s a student club really. The drinks are very cheap for a club (we’re talking £2.70 for a Jägerbomb!). Overall would recommend to have a look for yourself.

   We use this club on a regular basis but after tonight will never be going back, my friend was celebrating her 20th birthday, due to a brain disorder she has a slur, we explained this at the door and she was told she was “too drunk to enter” I calmly and politely explained again and we were met with not only hostile and rude language from the security guards but from the manager himself. They swore, and Interrupted me and my friend, both of us girls, speaking appropriately and politely both of us no taller than 5ft. I will not be going back to this club until they sort out their disgusting management and vile security guards.

   Truly, the worst communication of any business ever. For weeks I have attempted to get into contact with the redback through phone, email, Instagram and Facebook regarding a serious issue. However, I have received nothing back at all. Growing increasingly annoyed.

   Not only is this an ideal location for post work drinks, but Callum behind the bar went above and beyond to make a Saturday night feel like a Friday! He served us drinks with a smile on his face, asked how our day was and seemed interested in our lives. When we came back for the next round, he recognised us and served us again with a smile on his face. Callum was once again super friendly and helpful when choosing a drink for my friend from afar. I would highly recommend this pub for both tourists and people looking for a great night! Why a great location! Beats place on earth

   Bar staff were great. However the security staff completely ruined our night due to their power trip. Legitimately like living in a totalitarian state for the night. Would not recommend due to the attitude of the bouncers. Treat guests like cattle rather than people. Avoid. There are much better venues to attend in West London than this, unless they get more professional security staff... which I sincerely hope they consider.

   The manager clearly wanted an early night... He wouldn't let anyone in at 10:30pm, despite friends inside telling us that it was empty. People were leaving and he still did not let people in. It's not what it used to be :(
