Karaoke on sundays is the best night out in London. I'm biased as I've been going for years since I first discovered it. The Kings Arms is a friendly and relaxed pub with great staff and punters. On sundays it can become a spiritual experience, when everyone comes together in joyous singing and dancing ( usually after several pints). A big gay bear singalong, what more could you ask for. The wonderful Jiving Julie who does the karaoke, is a great dj so there is excellent music between a great variety of singers. Worth staying until the end as it gets better the more people have drank. Other dj nights at weekends are also good fun. My favorite bar by a million miles.

I went to the pub to celebrate my friend’s birthday. It had a good atmosphere, friendly vibes, and lovely staff. We had a great laugh and really enjoyed our time there. I love that pub.

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff! We stumbled in on a Tuesday and found ourselves in the middle of a pub quiz — which turned out to be an absolute blast, even though our team of two proudly finished dead last. The drinks kept us going, the crowd was welcoming, and the quizmaster Alex deserves his own 5-star rating (yes, he’s that much of a hottie). Already looking forward to a rematch!

Went in to this place on Sunday, Bear-e-oki night. A good eclectic mix of people, younger, older, all colours and sizes enjoying themselves together which is always a good inclusive and welcoming sign to me. The singing participants were all brilliant (some probably professional performers?) with a supportive and encouraging crowd. As a passing visitor I felt there was a regular/local crowd who were all welcoming, friendly, smiling, happy and easy to converse and have a laugh with. The drinks prices were well below average for London and the Bar Tenders were both speedy and polite, remembered your preference, which made tipping much more palatable. I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone.
