   I’ve been with the practice for a few years now and every interaction has been excellent. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and hugely efficient. The clinical staff are always kind and proficient. Dr Jill Wyllie has been absolutely wonderful, she takes time to explain everything and gives honest opinions when I ask about my possible management, and we always have such a laugh! All the team at Easter Road Dental practice makes each visit a positive and enjoyable one. We are very fortunate to have such a brilliant dental practice in Edinburgh.

   I have been with the practice for many years and although I no longer live in Edinburgh, it’s still my preferred dental practice. Excellent customer service from the admin and clinical staff. There is a consistent high level of hygiene, best practice, professionalism but friendly service. Five Star!

   All my interactions with this clinic have been great. The reception staff are always helpful and my dentist Jill is really kind and understanding. I get a bit nervous when going to the dentist but thanks to her I was able to get a root canal and an extraction done without pain and trauma. Really good clinic!

   I don't have any plans to come back to this clinic anymore, just because of the behaviour of the older lady on the phone this morning and the treatment she had with my wife too. She was totally rude on the phone, I don't know why that kind of the person comes to work in a bad mood, better stay at home or allow someone who wants to work.

   When my dentist of 30 years standing decided to retire I stupidly thought that going to the local practice would suffice. My appointment with Sam Lockhart was the most unpleasant and strangely argumentative experience I have ever had with a dentist. I have had my teeth cleaned before and underwent orthdonistry in my teens, so I'm used to some more intensive treatment and repeat appointments. He decided to clean my teeth so vigorously and abrasively that my mouth bled in an alarming manner. When I asked why there was so much blood he appeared disinterested and replied 'well that's the gum disease'. I had never been told I had a problem with gums before and I told him this but he again ignored the patient. He suggested a few fillings and during the fillings I had discernible pain after local anaesthesia. I knew by now not to mention this to this patently mediocre individual who seemed intent on creating the worse impression possible. Throughout out few appointments he was curt, disinterested, rude and vague. He's moved to Linksdentalpractice.co.uk

   I've been going here for over 10 years now for my twice yearly check up. The staff are always friendly and put you at ease. I happened to mention to my dentist, Sam Lockhart that I wanted composite veneers to correct the fact I have been grinding my front teeth for years. I was pleasantly surprised to hear he could do the work at a very reasonable cost. Well, i'm really glad I took him up on this as the difference is amazing. I feel like I have my smile back!! I can't recommend them enough!! Thanks Sam!

   I've been going to this dentist for years, for both private and NHS work. My appointments are always pleasant despite the fact getting dental work done isn't fun and that's because the staff are so kind and helpful and the dentists are are fab. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a new dentist.
