   I've been a patient for 22 years, I think customer service and patient care are excellent. The dentists are calm, caring and always have time to discuss the best treatment plans. It's a family run practice so they invest in the most up to date equipment. I also get facial esthetics there with great results, so much better being done by a highly trained professional.

   I have recently had to have a lot of very uncomfortable treatment at Longniddry Dental Practice and I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from the whole team at the practice. They are always very thorough, professional and make you feel relaxed as can be at the dentist! A special thanks to Rose who has helped me over the years and was so caring when I had to attend three emergency appointments with her, in severe pain, you were a great help. It was really appreciated when you took the time to contact me, the following day, to see how I was coping. Thank you I was really pleased with how quickly and helpful you all were in getting me my emergency treatment - in some cases, on the same day. I was in real pain and discomfort, and it was so good to feel you really cared and wanted to help me, at a real time of need! After my emergency treatment I was then giving more tricky dental work by the newest member to the practice. I would never have guessed that the new NHS dentist was fresh out of Uni', showing great confidence and skill, you did awesome Monisah and really put me at ease with all you did. With the ever smiling Amy to abley assist - you made everything less uncomfortable throughout, you two make a great team and it was nice chatting with you both, it really helps. Not forgetting Georgina, who was helping on reception, very kind and helpful, thanks. (You have a great system and reminder txt thing going on at the practice) So, a huge thank you to you, Rose, Monisah, Amy and the whole team, keep up the great work. Andy

   As a patient of Longniddry Dental Practice, I needed a filling and naturally was really worried but Dr David Brown put me at ease, he talked me through it and I now have a lovely white filling and no pain. Since then I’ve gone back for white bonding on my front teeth to even out my smile. It was painless and looks fantastic! I smile all the time now and am very happy with teeth. I would highly recommend.

   Absolutely fantastic dentist. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time as i was very phobic. I went initially because i had toothache, the nurses are all lovely and Dave really put me at ease. I now go for all my regular appointments and would highly recommend the practice to anyone. My children also go there and are always happy to go and made to feel comfortable and look forward to their check ups.

   Had a broken crown replaced that had been put in by another practice and I had never been happy with but tolerated for a number of years. Needing a replacement encouraged me to look elsewhere and I finally picked Longniddry Dental Practice, close to home and lots of positive feedback from friends and neighbours. David Brown took time to talk through all of my options and we agreed a short whitening process followed by a new crown. I was really impressed with the practice as a whole, friendly and helpful reception team, great dental nurses and a dentist that really strives to achieve the best possible outcome. The staff took time to understand what I wanted as a solution and gave me options making sure to talk through them all. The costs were very fair and reasonable and I am happier with my teeth now than I have been for at least 20 years. New crown and whiter teeth and I can’t stop smiling and don’t have to hide behind my hand in photos. Thank you for excellent and caring service and I would highly recommend.
