   I have been attending the practice for many years and have watched it slowly decline in ways that are now impossible to ignore. There is a dreadful atmosphere in the place and the staff behave like they would rather not deal with patients at all. There is no warmth in what used to be a lovely community practice years ago. The building and treatment rooms have been in dire need of significant refurbishment for many years and you could overlook that in the past due to the excellent dentists, but now that they have moved on it just looks and feels so dated and shabby. I think it says a lot about a place when the dentists and staff are constantly changing and only seem to last a few months at a time. After a very poor experience not long ago we have moved to another practice to stay with keith who used to work here who is brilliant. Such a shame for the community but I just cannot recommend staying at this practice.

   I joined this practice about three years ago, but unfortunately the standard of care has markedly declined over the past year or two. This is partly due to regular cancelled appointments, but more significantly, the deteriorating quality of hygienist service. As such, I have left the practice and cannot recommend it.

   Whilst on a routine visit with Keith, I mentioned how I was unhappy about the gaps between my top 4 teeth (lockdown video calls made it even more obvious to me) I had no idea that Keith was qualified in cosmetic dentistry and he offered his advise. Needless to say, only 4 appointments and a lot of care and perfectionism from Keith…. I am smiling like a Cheshire Cat! I’m absolutely delighted with the colour, the fit, the bite and the follow up care from Keith. I cannot recommend enough to book an appointment and hear from the expert! Thank you, I wish I had done it years ago!

   My family have been registered at this practice for 15 years, my husband has actually been going here for over 40 years. In the last 2 years we have registered with Keith and we have found him to be a great dentist, he puts his patients at ease and actually makes dental appointments fun.    Keith and Lewis are brilliant dentists! Hard to believe I spent so much time laughing during an appointment when I had a filling and a tooth removed! Subsequently Lewis made a fantastic job of fitting a perfect looking bridge which has improved my eating experience greatly. I’m so grateful for how at ease these guys made me feel despite the difficult circumstances they are working under at the moment. Amanda and the other receptionists at the surgery are always very kind, efficient and helpful. All in all a fantastic dental practice. Thanks guys!

   Ok boys I was listening. Want to know what I really think ??? Well here goes. I like a lot of the population don't like going to the dentist, no surprise there. I would say that I have never felt so at ease in that room before. I was lucky enough to have a crown done on the NHS in January. This was done by Lewis, who I am registered with. Just lately I broke another tooth and had the joy of being attended to by Lewis and Keith. Both crowns are really well done and look great. What can you say about these guys. The banter is great They are friendly, fun and exceedingly professional at all times. All covid procedures are in place and the dental nurses especially Amanda are a credit to the surgery. I would definitely recommend this dental practice. Thank you guys appreciate all your hard work.

   The best dental surgery I've ever attended- excellent service which reflects care and compassion for people like me who are embarrassed/scared of dentists! Highly professional team- thank you for providing me consistent quality dental work and generally making me at ease. Lewis is a new and young dentist but highly professional and the best I've ever been to- not in any bad habits and will take the time to explain x-rays/ answer any questions/ give you the heads up before drilling. Thank you so much- I'm definitely a customer for life!
