   Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was not good. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I faced delays during some visits, while patients are charged a penalty even if they arrive just a few minutes late — which is completely unjustified. The reception staff’s behavior was extremely poor and far below acceptable standards. I truly hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service and the way they treat patients, because in its current state, this clinic does not encourage anyone to return.

   Having had a complete dentist phobia for many years , I cannot praise and thank Dr.Fan enough ! He talked me through what my treatment would involve at my first consultation three weeks ago and this morning I had two small fillings. Thanks to his reassurance and calming manner I was only slightly apprehensive! The procedure was totally painless and very quick. You’re a star Dr. Fan ! The reception team are excellent.

   My wife attended for dental treatment this month at Seven Hills dental practice. Specifically the treatment involved several teeth extractions and the creation of a new denture plate. My wife has asked that I post the following thank you to Dr Vineeth Balachandran and his whole team of dental nurses and Reception staff for his and their caring and professional services. Now, a week after the conclusion of her course of treatment my wife maintains that she has never had better dental treatment and dental creation. The denture fits perfectly and she is extremely grateful for the services received. The team, led by Dr Balachandran, are a valuable local health asset.

   I have recently had an implant at the practice and found the whole team incredible. Genuinely kind, empathetic and professional people. Communication over the months was informative and concise, but only when required. The work was to the highest standard and the results amazing. I would like to thank each and everyone of them, but particularly Vineeth. He is a dental genius! I would fully recommend the practice for any dental treatment required.

Nothing has been too much and despite being an absolute wuss where dentists are concerned I have always been treated with compassion and respect. Seriously couldn’t recommend any higher.    My first appointment with Seven Hills highlighted that I needed some treatment so I was quite nervous on on the day of treatment as I had only just met Dr Fan. I needn't have worried though as Dr Fan and his assistant made me feel very relaxed. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why and answered all my questions in a very easy to understand way . I can honestly say it was a very positive experience and I'm glad to have found a dentist I feel takes into account any anxiety you may have as well as providing excellent treatment. I would also add that from the moment you walk into the practice you are made to feel very welcome by the receptionists. A good dentist to me is very important and I'm happy to have found one.

   I have been coming to this dental practice for 15 years and I cannot rate the whole team highly enough. I recently broke my front tooth and not only was I given an appointment the same day, but my tooth was repaired within 15 mins, and to a very high standard. Everything about this practice deserves 5 stars, from the warm welcome you receive from the whole team in the beautiful, clean building, to the incredibly high standard of dental treatment you receive. Thank you to the whole team for all the amazing work you do!
