I recently visited this centre for my dental treatment. Doctor Athira and Nurse Deepa are very friendly and polite. They answered each of my doubt and treated me very well for the dental issue I had. I would recommend anyone to have this dental centre for their medical needs. Thanks team.
I’m new to the practice and can say the professionalism is evident from the moment you walk in the door. All my treatments were explained step by step from a routine white filling, a night guard fitting to a partial lower denture fitting. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough, all the staff I have been in contact with were all very friendly, I was a very nervous/ terrified patient as hadn’t been at the dentist for a long time, Athira was fantastic at making me relaxed and totally pain free. Deepa was amazing at doing the scan for my “new teeth” this was a much better experience than getting impressions and the outcome is that I am now happy to smile and feel a lot more confident. I ask for a emergency appointment and got one the same day . It was even with my normal dentist. The receptionist was lovely who took my call. The dentist went out her way to clean my teeth and give me an xray. She even should me the xray. When leaving the reception staff were very friendly and even wished me a nice holiday. What a great experience . Thanks
Best Dentist Practise I have ever been too. I have very sensitive teeth and the dentist there to give a shout out is fantastic and really tailors the service to the individual. I have never had any pain and always come out calm and happy! I have now had a deep clean and currently doing the whitening treatment and it’s brilliant. To also give a shout out to the reception staff always friendly, easy to obtain appointment. I am no longer nervous on a dentist chair!!! Shout out to this practise!!!
The staff are friendly enough, but always feels like I am forced/upsold to private treatment rather than NHS treatments. The website says "If you wish to have some private treatment then we will provide you with a written estimate beforehand to detail the charges", however every single time I've walked out paying more than I was expecting as additional charges somehow found their way onto my bill. Nothing feels worse than for-profit healthcare, hate it when money is put ahead of patient comfort.
This place is a joke 3 time's been down only to be told its another check up instead of doing the the treatment
Used to hate the dentist, hated injections & the dentist here is fantastic. No soreness with the needle, very very courteous & kind & very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone with a fear of dental treatment.
