This review is based purely on the customer service/administration aspect of the dental 'service'. Arrived on time for my 13:00 appointment today to be told that my appointment was for 11 :00 and because I didn't arrive I would be charged £20 and not be seen until that fee had been paid. This was a mistake on their part. I had another medical appointment I was attending at 11am and did not make my appointment for that time. I also did not receive the text they insisted they had sent to me. I wrote my appointment down in 2 places and have never missed an appointment before. My last checkup was cancelled before 1st lockdown without any polite notification or arrangements as to what would happen once restrictions were lifted. Maybe I should charge them £20.A staff member then insisted I'd also missed another appointment in May, which again I hadn't. I know because my daughter was suffering from a cyst in her tooth space at that time and I was told emergency only. I was the one who had to contact them to re-organise my check-up which they cancelled without notification. I refused to pay the £20, told them I had done nothing wrong and that money was needed this week, you know for food. Shows how out of touch they are with nhs/low income patients. Their response was simply to tell me to find another dentist which I'll gladly do. They must desperately need that money and give no regard to their customers.
Service here is so bad it's driven me to write my first ever google review about somewhere. Karina is a good dentist and I have nothing but positive things to say for her. However, I've recently encountered Sergey who is rude, abrasive, argumentative and generally doesn't seem to give much of a s*it about customer service, biggest tool I've encountered for a while. As for the receptionist, the Irish lady, a business is always going to be in trouble when someone like this is the face and voice your customers first encounter, has all the charm of Sergey, her behaviour reflects leadership I guess.
Highly recommend! I am extremely pleased with all dental work I have done with Sergey, very skilled and professional. Patient's best interests at heart, service is excellent. Immaculate modern treatment room and relaxed environment.
Brilliant customer service and excellent and high standard dentists. My 9 y old daughter was happy during procedure. My partner had implant in this same clinic. Definitely recommend.
I had problems with my teeth. Not with all, with those which remained only)) All my family is more than two years under observation of these experts. It will be more correct: EXPERTS. We are very happy with work and Sergey's relation. The prices in comparison with many clinics don't frighten and won't leave you without money for candies)) Karina - was the first dentist treating teeth of my son. Fine relation and professional approach both to a problem and to the child. My son isn't afraid and loves dentists, even after repair of teeth. It is the best indicator of professionalism. Thanks from all family.
