I love their coffee and cakes! There's plenty of seating, it's quite peaceful, and I didn’t have to queue at all. A perfect spot to relax and recharge during a trip.

Girl served someone who was after me and my friend we wanted frappes she started to make them and had no cream we asked for money back but it was going to take so long we had to just take them without cream as we had to get back on coach
Costa is at motorway services. Small outlet with limited seating.Toilets and WH Smith shop on site. Drinks and food are what you'd expect from Costa and higher prices due to the location.
The two young girls working were lovely and friendly. My cup of tea had just the right amount of milk!
Stale shocking croissant. Disappointing Costa stop. Asked if there was a fresh one to exchange .... no that is Fresh was response. Did then offer a refund shouting loudly across store. Catia then came across as I was not hearing what her stating that I could look at package that was delivered this am.... photo speaks louder than words.
Stopped after very long drive from Aberdeen on Tuesday last afternoon and had another 230 miles ahead of me to go. Lovely young man made me cappuccino with the cutest chocolate sprinle on top. He was so happy and nice. He was so nice to his colleagues as they had little chat. I didn't get to see his name badge without my glasses on. It put a smile on my face and the coffee was very good. Well done great customer service
Not the best costa coffee that I have had and the drink tasted burnt (for lack of a better description) which is not what I expect from a Costa Coffee to be honest. The place was tidy though and well stocked but the quality of the drinks did leave a lot out be desired for. Food or snacks were as you would expect them but then again those are delivered so will be a uniform quality.
