   Worst breakfast I’ve ever had sent out sadly it only had 3 mushrooms, a door stopper of black pudding & rock hard sausage & potato scones only cooked on one side! Was such poor quality of food, the bread had smell to it, Toastie was dry the (chicken tikka) part, and bread was wet just not a good experience and when you phone 10 times to rectify it they don’t answer. Took over hour to be delivered and it’s just 2 mins away! Will never order from here again

   I really appreciate that they have a separate gluten free menu! The breakfast in particular is very good and nice to have coeliac safe chips. Staff are always lovely and friendly, it’s one of those establishments that are consistently good.

   Great place to visit n the blonde woman with the pony tail is top class service. Always really nice. Bacon was missing off breakfast but fixed instantly n nothings a problem. She's an amazing waitress. Be back soon.

   Benson Cafe is a gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our waitress, Jodi, was outstanding—attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Classic Chicken sub, and it was absolutely brilliant. Though the portion was on the smaller side, the flavors were spot on, and it was just the right amount to satisfy without feeling too heavy. Every bite was fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious. Amanda was lovely and made sure that we enjoyed the meal, you can definitely feel that the staff actually care about service and that's apart of the warm welcome. The cafe itself is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a quality meal. With excellent service and tasty food, Benson Cafe is definitely a place I’d visit again. Highly recommend!

   A good greasy spoon cafe at good affordable prices. We really enjoyed the salt & chilli chips & the breakfast burrito. The cakes are also really good! The coffee isn’t the greatest but overall a great affordable meal. Definitely will be back when I’m in the Forge.

   Great little place to grab something to eat. Traditional Scotish pie and fry are great. Will come back to check the Apple pie soon. Seating is plenty though the noise from the mall is a bit loud. Service is nice and the place is clean. 1 fork was a bit dirty but we managed, and surely if we ask we could had have a replacement.

   as someone who's worked in restaurants for four years of my life the service I just received was shocking . Underneath my table was so dirty , it took very long to get even my drink which I find hilarious as the waitress I received asked me as soon as I sat down if I wanted to order . It seems as if they wanted me out already , half of the restaurant was closed so it makes no sense how it took so long to get them . My food was cold too , overall disliked my experience here . Do not recommend .

   On arrival I wasn't so sure about ordering as the place was vary busy. But we were seen to and offered a seat quickly. Table had to be wiped, previous diners had just left, not because it had been left dirty. Staff were handling the rush very well. My partner and I both had chicken club toasties and soft drinks. They came to us in around 10 minutes and I have to say they were better than I expected. Brimming with good quality filling, fresh salad. My partners chips were fresh and crispy too. My phone had died and I was allowed to charge it behind the counter while I ate, nice customer service. I applaud the staff for keeping things running so well during such a busy day. We will come back, thank you.

   Spot on. Lots of staff no queue and it's all open sided so it feels relaxing. Went in with the lads and we had a good gobble. Nothing left on the plates. Not a rip off either.
