My mother and I came back here for their homemade soup. Never disappoints our taste buds! Service was great too. If you ever visit our hometown, better try this restaurant out!

2023 update- Won't ever be back. We were regulars and loved this place. Staff changed meant service wasn't as good but wad tolerable. Recently, we had a huge issue with allergies. Staff were rude and awful at advice or help to make us feel welcome/wanted or like we could eat here. After being loyal customers for about 7 years, they have lost our custom. Shame 2019- What makes this place is the staff. They are so helpful and also a great laugh. I always look forward to my visit to kitchen. The food is usually good, and you get to micro manage your order, which is like subway but better. They do really good soup and often have a selection of baked goods. It can get busy, but usually you can get a table. I would say this is the best place to have lunch in clydebank.

Staff as always very friendly, food excellent, love the triple decker toastie, if they run out of something (well it can happen it's how you handle it that counts) give you an option of something else, but still very good, I have put 4 for service as they just need to improve cleaning up the table areas a wee bit quicker, but like I said I always enjoy the good food, keep up the good work, I will be back soon !

Lovely wee café with awesome coffee. Food was nice and pleasant, helpful staff. Much better than the large chains that are everywhere - support your local small businesses, especially when they have decent produce. Will definitely return.

First time here, but it won't be my last! We had 2 bowls of homemade soup; lentil and chicken broth. Both were absolutely fantastic! We had the large portions, which were some size of bowl of soup!! You also get bread or half a baguette with it. Great value at £2.95 each. Service was great too. Thoroughly recommended and infinitely better than any of the fast food outlets.
