   I went as a walk-in to treat myself today and had a manicure and gel nails. The lady who looked after me chatted with me but was efficient. I currently can't twist my body well due to a recent illness so she used 2 UV lamps to make it easier for me. I also discussed eyebrow treatments with them so they applied the appropriate patch tests for future visits. I'm delighted with how my nails look and the price was competitive. Thank you very much Elegance.

   Very happy with my acrylic extensions last week. Nail technician was really friendly and nails are a great quality. I chipped a nail by accident a few days after having them done. I quickly nipped into the salon and they were more than happy to spare 5 minutes to repair the nail for me.

   Love this place. The girls are lovely and treatments are top quality and very efficient! I usually book for my nails doing every couple of weeks with Samika. She’s so welcoming and friendly and my nails are always done perfectly and last the full 2 weeks. 10/10

   From start to finish I was impressed with this place Samika, my nail technician was lovely and so welcoming. After my regular salon cancelled on me I was looking for someone to do my nails at short notice. The shop is spotless and the technician listened to exactly what I wanted and offered advice. She has done a lovely job, I love my nails and will use this salon in the future.

   Not the best experience. Visited a while back to get my nails done. For paying £30 you’d expect them to last a few weeks and not a day. After firstly being far too thick, to then getting them re-done and they fell off after 24 hours. Requested a refund, was told I’ll be contacted and haven’t heard anything. As it’s been so long I’ve left it but the service wasn’t great in the end. Have been going somewhere else now and haven’t had any issues.
