I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and relaxing. I’ve been going to this salon for over a year and they exceed my expectations every time I come in with a design in mind - Jennifer (I think) did my nails (yellow flowers) and I love them. Their service is super quick and efficient however they don’t look rushed at all. Happy and returning customer!! Xx

The best nail salon in Portobello . I have tried many different nail salons but there is no better salon in this area. The staff is very professional and very funny. The price is reasonable for the experience. My nail set has never looked bad since I found this place. I highly recommend it to everyone.
I cannot give good review for this salon. I was getting BIAB nails, it was done in less than 30min, very quick I’ll give them that. But there was no proper manicure, no cuticle fix, absolutely nothing, the girl who was doing my nails was just focused on doing them as quick as she could, theres some nails that have big gaps not covered in colour at sides as she missed it, most of nails wasn’t fully covered in top coat, I can see in light reflect there’s half of nil covered and half not. Also salon was very dirty, space is not cleaned in between clients , same nail files and cuticle scissors are used on multiple people without sanitising them which is extreme unhiegenic and can lead to infections. Paid 30£ for this , hope it at least last 3-4 weeks how it should. But never coming back again here. The price is just as in any other salon but only half work done.
Terrible. It seems to me that people here do not understand what service is. I waited half an hour even though I was already booked for a certain time. They serve you for 10 minutes, then another woman, then another, and then they turn to you again. I don't know if you think this is normal in Britain, but I don't think so. Every client should have their own time. Then they put your foot on the bare floor, which is blown by a draft. Cold and gloomy. Pedicure began to fall off in a week. It happened to me for the first time
This salon is so beautyful and relaxing ! The staff is incredible friendly and do excellent work. They have tons of colours available,and everything is modern and sparkling clean. The decor and music are soothing and great for getting rejuvenated.
I love this salon! Everyone who works here are fantastic! I had a lovely relaxing pedicure today and a biab manicure - I've not used biab before I normally get extensions. My nails look brilliant - holiday ready! Thanks Portobello Beauty Salon!
