The worst attitude of a salon owner I’ve ever come across. So rude and I got a bruised eye from improper application of the eye pad. I would not recommend to go here and would never go back. Aga, thinks she’s the best from her attitude.
Approach with caution, this salon is priced appropriately for its service. The eyelash extensions were lopsided and to follow up, the ‘correction’ appt was misscheduled so I had travelled across Edinburgh to turn up for a non appt! A waste of my time and the owner does not have the humility or respect for herself nor her staff to apologise! I suspect malice or rather simple incompetence. Shame.
AVOID. Money driven business with BLATANT DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS HEALTH.I had been a regular customer for over a year - Mega Volume eyelash extensions every 3 weeks until I developed blepharitis, most likely caused by a bacteria. Contacted the salon after my eyelids swelled up and despite not having had any allergies in my life, the owner insisted it was an allergy to the glue. Now, 4 weeks later, after GP and optometrist consultations, antibiotics, eye drops, contacted the salon to tell them about the diagnosis so they could review their hygiene and work on raising their awareness around eye conditions and was told I could have caught the bacteria anywhere (conveniently anywhere but the salon) as they were sterile. It must have been a coincidence then than my eyelids swelled up just after my visit.... Whilst I cannot prove I got the bacteria in the salon, I am shocked by lack of ownership and accountability. They don't know 100% I didn't get the bacteria there either. Did not offer even a partial refund. Just got in touch to check if I want to continue with the future appointments I had booked.
I recommend training at the highest level to anyone who wants to start their adventure with eyelash and eyebrow styling.
Great atmosphere, wide choices of treatments. Perfect place if you wish to pumper yourself. Marta who fixed my eyebrows is a magician, Magdalena disappeared my wrinkles- what more could I wish for?

my visit to the Beauty Studio by Aga was very pleasant, my eyebrows and eyelashes were made very carefully, service was a high standard and above all it did not last 3 hours as in other salons. I recommend it to anyone who wold like to use their services.
Had an appointment booked unhappy with them not draw on even eye brows then over plucked after she admitted she couldn’t do my eyes brows how I wanted because I’ve had 7 year old micro-blading previously and agreed I should seek alternative service before having micro-blading to achieve best results but Just extremely unhappy how my natural eye brows have been left! Without even apology or me even knowing they were left over Plucked and uneven & thin. Before I got to contact Michelle had blocked me! I just wanted to find a solution to fix what she had done anything even short term just basically fix or arrange for her to leave me with 2 thin brows! At least, just upset with this whole experience! And my natural brows aren’t in a good shape. So embarrassed!! Girls are horrible!!!! How they conduct business and treat “clients” after, shocking.
