I really love this place so much! Every time I go, she is very kind , welcoming, and professional, she does an amazing job. I usually get my eyebrows threaded, sometimes also other face or nail, and I am always very happy with the results.
The therapist was friendly but didn’t appear professionally qualified. I noticed unhygienic practices — she blew on my underarms after waxing. I reiterated that you don’t need to be doing that, but it was concerning as she didn’t seem to know why. This shouldn’t be done at any stage as it can spread bacteria. While the services are affordable, I personally wouldn’t return.
I would totally recommend Natali parlour for anyone in Edinburgh. I've been a regular customer at Natali for last 3 months. Rekha, the beautician, is so professional and she knows what she is doing. They provide a lot of services at Natali at very reasonable prices. My friends and I loves this place. Affordable and best.

Natali does an excellent eyebrow tint and wax. The colour is always perfect and my brows have a very natural shape. I highly recommend her services.

Been to this salon a few times now and the service is amazing. My therapist is so lovely and calming she always checks to make sure everything is okay. This time I had my eye lashes done they look absolutely amazing and were done within 30 minutes. I also had my eye brows threaded and opted for a tint. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend!
