   I have been going to Contour since they first opened and could not recommend more. The most friendly, professional girls. I regularly get BIAB by Aimee, Shannon & Cate who are all incredible at what they do and take the best care with every appointment. I have also had my brows, facials, massages and lashes all done at Contour and cannot fault them. The best team there is would recommend to anyone!

   I have been getting my nails done regularly by Aimee and Shannon for years and always love visiting the salon. I’m always impressed with how my nails last especially as I am not the most gentle/best at looking after them. All the team are super welcoming and I always look forward to my appointments.

   I give this one star not because they are bad at carrying out beauty services but because of their awful customer service. I was a regular customer anytime I needed eyelash extensions I always came here as the beautician that done my eyelash extensions was very good at them and lovely anytime I went in to get them. However I had to cancel due to an infection in my eye. I tried to go through the app to cancel however it would not let me even thought it was a clear 48 hours before my appointment due to the salon being closed on a Sunday and no other way to contact I phoned in the next again morning and explained my circumstances I would of cancelled 48 hours prior however the app would not allow me to. They demanded half of the service to be paid even though I tried to cancel within the policy timeframe however it is not my fault that they had a problem with the booking page! I have now found a new lash tech that has much more customer service skills compared to the person I spoke to over the phone who was very rude.

   My Niece has attended this beauty salon multiple times before, she has said all the staff are very nice and when the services you book in for are provided they are great. I am putting a two star and leaving a review just as a warning for anyone booking in future, and just something the staff could look into as a way to improve their service. When booking treatments you are required to book a patch test for yourself, twice my niece has forgotten to do this which she admits that is her own fault. However, I personally believe as a professional business your own receptionist should be contacting clients prior to remind them of said patch test. Less than 24hours before her appointment she still received an email reminding her of her appointment she had for the following day - by this point she had realised she totally forgot about the patch test, but why was she still receiving emails implying the appointment would still go ahead? Surely the beautician would be going through their diary, seeing who they have booked in when and then realising said client has not had a patch test. Instead of doing what a professional would do, reaching out via email or phone to remind them of their patch test or to let them know that they will no longer be able to have the treatment done - they just let you show up on the day taking the full amount off you. I work in beauty and this is NOT how we operate, it’s pure laziness and it’s a way of just robbing your clients of their money. And they state in their policy, that if for whatever reason the treatment you have originally booked in to have done cannot be carried out that day - they will try offer something else in the time slot. My niece has not be offered this. You have a receptionist for a reason, just as a tip to avoid disappointment and a decrease in client - have your receptionist look through your bookings and do their job.

   I got my nails done by Shannon for my hen do. This was my first time at the salon and I had a lovely experience. The nails not only looked incredible but were so well received! I am now also a coffin nail convert. Will be back soon!

   Bit disappointed, due to illness had to cancel nail appointment but gave more than 24hours notice then saw later the appointment had been rebooked so no loss to Contour yet I was charged £12.50. Bit harsh, put off going back.

   Would not go anywhere else! Contour does it all and when they do it, they do it to a 5 star standard! I have never been disappointed with any of the treatments I have received. The staff are fantastic, they are always on the ball ready to cheer you up, creating a lovely warm welcoming atmosphere
