Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Staff were lovely and felt really pampered when left. Brilliant nails and excellent eyebrow and lash tint. Highly recommended.

Got my finger and toe nails done at Voodoo late afternoon on 12/10/22 for my holidays on the 13th. I came out with my toe nails looking absolutely shocking! I didn’t realise just how bad they were until I got home. I was flying early morning on the 13th so there was no way I could get them fixed. My toe nails looked like they’d been painted by a child with Tipex! I emailed Jacqui at Voodoo with photos straight away and it took her a week to reply. She did however agree that they were a disgrace and said that she’d speak to the girl that done them. She offered me a free service however, I explained to her that I was starting a new job the day after I returned and wasn’t allowed painted nails at work (in the hospital) I also explained that I didn’t want my toenails redone as it was coming into winter and Id have shoes on as opposed to flip flops so it’s not something I’d normally have done and asked if she would refund me for my toes. It is now 13th Nov and I am still waiting on a reply. I really wish I could post pictures of the mess of my toe nails that I had to go on holiday with!

Been to Jacqui at Voodoo for nail treatments, lash lift and brow shaping only 4 times so far and the difference is fantastic. Nails look incredible! Easy going and friendly place … and the coffee is good ;)
