   Been a few times now and it never disappoints. Always plenty of clean water available with bowls for visiting dogs, shelters are always clean and bins provided for your poop bags! Booking system is easy to complete. Our Dobbie loves to just run and play, she’s not that bothered about the agility stuff tbh, Plenty of space to practise recall. The owners work hard to keep the fields clean and it shows. Lottie loves her weekly visits.

   I’ve been dragging my dog to Westhoughton Dog Park for ages, and by “dragging,” I mean hanging onto the lead for dear life while he sprints toward the gate like it’s Disneyland for dogs. After bouncing between a bunch of dog parks over the last seven years (with my other older dog), I can safely say nothing else even gets close. My Rottie treats WDP like his personal kingdom. The fields are secure, clean, and clearly maintained Some fields even have agility equipment, which my dog uses with all the grace of a drunk toddler, but he’s having the time of his life so who am I to judge? You can tell the owners really care about the place. They’re always adding something new or giving something a spruce up. I’ve chatted with them a few times, and they’re genuinely lovely.

   Visited dog park today and we 100% will be regulars. We absolutely loved it. Nice and clean no poos to be seen which I liked my dog even used the equipment! If your looking at these reviews you must try it! You won't be disappointed. Fully secured and lights all over for when it's dark. Nice huts if it's raining and bench to bring picnic

   My sister recommended me here once I got my first puppy, we’ve been here twice already and going again today! It’s perfect for recall training, agility training, exercise and doggy meet ups! It’s perfect if you are worried about taking your dog off the lead as it’s fully private, fully secure and so spacious! It’s so so cheap I really couldn’t recommend anywhere else! X

   Love it its so easy to use pay online and just go no hastle. Its so quiet and peaceful must be great 4 nervous or reactive dogs. My staffy has noise anxiety its the only safe way for him to be off lead ...wish I lived near

   We travelled up from East Yorkshire to meet with our husky friends. Clear directions on their website of how to get there, good parking spaces, great sized paddock (field 1) with agility equipment. Water tanks in the shelter to refill the water bowl and a bin inside the field for poo bag disposal. Great all round! Yes, it was muddy but it is winter and we expected it, even though we all left covered in mud we (humans were just as covered as the dogs haha!) we had so much fun as did the dogs! Would definitely come again!

   We rented field 1 with the agility equipment (even though the dog didn't use it). The field is a good size and secure. There is a picnic bench and hut with water for the dogs. I especially like this field as you can park right outside the entrance to the field and minimise interaction with other dogs. We can't wait to go back there.

   I visited here with my small dog about a week ago due to not feeling safe out walking on my own . The dog area is amazing we had so much fun together, the CCTV made me feel really at ease. The area is clean and very well looked after. The owners were really helpful with any questions i had before my visit too . Would Definitely recommend to anyone with reactive or sensitive dogs or anyone who just doesn't feel at ease in a walk with a small dog at the moment .
