   Please improve your waste management. The single commercial waste bin in inadequate. This causes piled rubbish which is then torn open by rats and seagulls causing litter and rodent infestation. As a part of the Harland Cottages community it is irresponsible and disrespectful to the efforts made by residents to conduct litter picks. If left out, staff also fill resident's bins with commercial waste irrespective of bin colour. Do better and you might get some additional custom from locals like myself.

   Have used this wee cafe for years and never had any complaints but this morning me and my son went in and was immediately not made to feel welcome by the minimum wage staff member with the comment that we had to wait until he sat down to come in and continued on his phone rather than serving us and was very unwelcoming and aggressive towards us where I felt I had to leave the shop without ordering. Will not be returning until something is done about the poor customer service. You need to earn 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
