   I am an anxious patient who has just moved to the area and picked this practice due to its convenient location and its good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. Both the dentist and hygienist were kind, gentle, knowledgeable and professional. I signed up for the dental plan and the reception team were very helpful with that. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

   I had my six month check up with Jane yesterday and it was all good. Jane chatted about my continued use of types of tooth brush,toothpaste and cleaning routines and checked that there were no changes to any medications that I was taking. I was pleased to be given a clear bill of health for the next six months and congratulated on my hard work. Great to see Jane again as always!

   I would just like to say a huge thank you to Jane Williamson, my dentist at Livingston Dental Care, she is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. I use to be very nervous and hate going for any treatment, but from the very first visit 5 years ago she totally put me at ease, I do not dread going at all now, which is such a relief!

   So this was 4 teeth 2 implants and quite a significant undertaking for me. My local dentist recommended as she said they were the best and I think she was spot on. Consultation was comprehensive, plenty of time to explain everything, the plan was put in place. When it came to the day of extraction was like a well oiled machine, a little scary not going to lie but everything went perfect. A bag full of drugs and away...unbelievably after all the work no pain no issues nothing to actually worry about. The temporary plate looked perfect and covered me up to the day if implant fitting. This was quicker than anything, done and dusted in 15 mins. For what was a big scary operation it was handled professionally, caring and with full communication all the way through. When Ann said they were the best I have absolutely no doubt she was right. Brilliant service 100%

   Fantastic experience at Livingston Dental Care. I’m not a fan of dentists and have actively avoided them most of my life - hence my dental emergency today. I called just before 1pm and was given an appointment for 3.30. When I arrived at the practice I was welcomed in a COVID friendly way by my dentist. I needed to get a tooth out which made me quite anxious. Both the dentist and dental nurse reassured me and explained every aspect of the procedure - putting me at ease. Thankfully it was over before I knew it. And the dentist gave me all the information I needed to ensure a speedy recovery. They then kindly registered me at their practice and booked me in for a follow up without much wait time. Highly recommend!
