looking for a place to eat at Clydebank Shopping centre then I recommend you try here food was lovely decor was lovely and staff very attentive from the outside it doesn't look that big but there is a huge section through the back which I noticed can cater for large parties brownie points for the heated plates which is the first thing I check for when eating out 5*

My parents take my son here every Wednesday for lunch. He looks forward to his din-dins every week. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely and the service is great

Stopped in today at 13:25, places our order and waited for 30 mins before asking a member of staff to check, she went away which I assumed was to check but never returned to advise us of status. The young man who originally served us came over 10 minutes later and asked if we had had our food. I said no and told him I had asked the young lady to check and she hadn’t come back. He then went away to check and 5 minutes later came back and apologised that our order hadn’t gone through and he had threw away the slip would we like to order. I said no, after approx 45 minutes you would like us to order now and wait for how long for that to come. He apologised and we walked out never to return.

We tried this cafe for the first time in passing and were pleasantly surprised. Attentive, friendly staff, spacious cafe and hearty food. I had the baked potato, delicious. The cakes looked good. Will definitely be back.

Friendly welcome when we arrived, smiley waitress took our order and the food arrived in good time. We all enjoyed our lunch, it was served piping hot and tasted freshly made. Coffee tasted high quality and the interior was modern and looked spotless. Don't take the kids to macdonald's take them here.

I was at Graham's today it was a bad experience lunch was ordered then coffe and hot drinks were served then 30 minutes later lunch came to the table baked potato came out it was cold drinks by now we're cold when we asked if we could have a warm drink with our meal the waitress said she would ask the manager but did not return to the table on paying the bill we told the manager about our experience she said it was very busy and l said it would of been better to tell customers about a possible delay in food and then the customer could make up there mind if they were happy to do so she said she would keep it in mind for the next time l told her there would not be a next time . Ps not good management skills

Called in on Saturday for brunch. Shown to table quickly and menus given. Restaurant was very quiet for a Saturday. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to take the order. Appeared to be 2 waitresses on the floor. Eventually after trying to catch their attention, we got up and left. I could maybe understand the delay in taking the order had it been busy but there were no more than 10/15 people in at the time.
