Over filling of coffee. Can't see for the sun. No blinds to cover windows. air con on in winter to freezing your coffee and your .not very good.
Went though the drive though girl laughing at my order of 3 hot chocolate 2 with cream one without not very funny order. Drives up to the window she standing behide someone laughing at us I honestly don’t get what was so funny no really need for it
The fact that the owner will not let you order a mango dragonfruit refresher minus the pieces absolutely startles me. It has absolutely no consequence on the flavour or consistency of the drink. The staff are not allowed to serve it to you even if you request it without the pieces, which is terrible customer service (not the staffs fault) and ruins the experience of coming to Starbucks.
This was my first time in Johnstone, and coming here made a good, lasting impression for me as to what the general vibe of the area was. — The people are actually welcoming (different from what I’m used to in Glasgow), and Beth and Chris both gave excellent service. — The coffee was good and so was the bag of mini stroopwafels I got.
Are we having an off day ??? It’s not the prettiest place to stop off for a coffee, and the music is allay that tiny bit too loud. Whoever served me this time, … well their mind was elsewhere. We ordered two coffees and two cakes. Just a quick “ do you fancy a coffee and chill for ten ??” … well the coffee wasn’t that hot, ( not a big problem for me, I’m always being belittled because I drink ‘baby coffee’ ….. hey, I’ve got sensitive nerve endings !! ) unfortunately my partner can’t literally drink water out of a boiling kettle and she always asks for ‘extra hot’ ! Well this time she was finished in record time, while I took my time. However, we only got one of the cakes we ordered, I had to go back to the counter to explain to a different member of staff that I was a cake short. All in all, not a brilliant visit for Starbucks, seems a bit tarnished really …..
Naomi and the staff were all welcoming, really friendly and professional at all times! Enjoyed my coffee and was tempted by Naomi to try a piece of caramelised biscuit loaf cake. It was delicious. Will be back again!
Really good today, excellent drink and Louise staff member came round and was collecting cups and plates and clearing tables. Sometimes not always done here much as it’s very busy and staff trying their best to get customers served. Delivery driver coming in to pick up orders for coffee made by someone else to be taken to a house was a new level of laziness by some locals!
I love Johnstone Starbucks from working local for a few years sad I don’t visit as often , but staff are always so lovely and I never have any complaints and I especially love cute messages on cups ❤️ - just give them all a wage rise , hero’s
