Coffee was great the staff serving was a bit abrupt might have had a tough day but I didn't need it . As I said coffee was great
They gave me a ripped five pound note and i was about to politely ask if they could change it. They had walked away not even looking at me. I tried to use this £5 in another shop and they told me they couldn’t accept it as it was ripped. Then, i had accidentally knocked something off the table and when i had said to one of the workers “i’m so sorry that fell off the table” she had replied “it doesn’t just fall off the table but i will clean it up” with quite a tone and rolled there eyes at me which made me very uncomfortable so i will not be coming back.
I have been here before and they had given my dog a pup cup and were super friendly, i then went back a few weeks after for the toilet as everywhere was close it was my last resort and the lady was extremely rude she told me to leave in a high tone of a voice. I went back in today with my dog and got a pup cup and they were nice apart from when my friend had made a mistake and dropped something when we were leaving and apologised by saying ‘this just fell off the table i’m so sorry’ to the worker and she replied saying and i quote ‘it didn’t just fall but yes i’ll clean it up’ and gave off a bad attitude. I will not be returning as this is 2 different members off staff that has made me feel uncomfortable.
Staff are super friendly and helpful. Always well stocked. Never had a bad experience here and always leave feeling positive. They always treat allergies seriously too.
Friendly staff, lots of seating options. Considering that only two members of staff were working, they dealt with the masses of people needing service very efficiently, also ensuring that the tables were cleared and cleaned. An excellent service for the number of people being served.
Lovely staff as always, it's difficult to work with the public and remain cheerful and pleasant I regard it as a skill which all the staff here possess.
I came in for my coffee and was greeted by a lovely girl called Lauren who served me with the biggest smile ever and she was so polite and went extra lengths to ensure I had a great experience, there was a girl Rachael inn there too working and she was fantastic and so polite what a lovely place to sit in get a coffee and the staff make the place !xx
Visited here on Thursday Morning 11am-12pm 14/07/22 I ordered twice with my friend a large Hot chocolate & cold brew. The Barrista whom made it the first time was so sweet & lovely. Such a polite talented members of staff in this branch. Also very fast, quick & delicious drinks. Highly recommend.
Nice coffee but toilet 8s up loads of stairs then you gotta punch a code in what a polava.
Visited this coffee shop yesterday (20/12/2017), at about 2.50pm, the shop was busy, under staffed, tables not cleared away, impolite staff, unhelpful and very unprofessional, dirty cutlery, drinks not finished to normal standards. I had been invited into a costa by the Head office, told me I would be impressed, what a shock I found. I waited in a queue of 8 people, when it was my turn, I ordered 2 hot chocolate ( which had to be put in large tea cups as they had no clean glasses) there was no chocolate placed on top of them.my young daughter found it hard to drink out of this large cup. I also ordered a tiffin and chocolate muffin, when I got to my table, found I had been given 2 dirty knifes( see pictures). We looked around and there was at least 5/6 tables that hadn't been cleared, no wonder they couldn't put the drinks in the correct glasses, tables un wiped, not a welcoming site. This venue is very under staffed, unprofessional staff in there behaviour, have to ask a very big question on there hygiene standards with dirty cutlery. Would I visit this coffee shop again , sadly it's a 100% NO, would I recommend it , again it a 100% NO
