   I say not a lot of people know about this place. There is a small car par when you get there by a bridge over a river .there is lots of placers to park not a yellow line in sight ha .there is quite few different walks with viewing placers along the way to see the wild life .look on google earth one walk we do which is in the right direction when you 1st drive over the bridge leads to the river mersey .at this point the river is only about 70 ot 80 yards wide . You ca stand 5 yards from the water . But there is a track and I think at 1 point you come up off the track onto the service road . Just before the river there is a left turn track which takes you is a sort of route round the direction of the super large pond back to where you parked but that is a good bit longer .use google maps or earth worth is .put some spray of just incase . I'm unsure but when I find them il put pics up

   Nice for walking but not water view. Small car park but you can park on road. Even dogs have no access to the water.

   We were lucky enough to walk in this reserve during a couple of weeks of sun, so the grounds were completely dry. There's some good bird watching spots, but the trail itself is a little boring.

   Came here for a Sunday morning walk at about 11 and there was plenty of space in the car park. This place is very big and quite wild - which we really enjoyed. We walked for about an hour and a half and barely saw any other humans. Lots of places to watch birds at the edge of the water and some beautiful flowers in bloom everywhere. Will definitely come back.

   Spent a good couple of hours walking the dog here it was nice strolling along listening to the birds. Prepare for muddy feet in the colder winter season and as i do always have a towel for the dog in the car. Lots of little trails to follow and great for kids but be aware near waters even though fenced off some are broken with felled trees etc. Car park small and free but will hold approx 20 cars if parked properly but is very pot holey so if you have a low car be aware , there is a side road that will hold plenty of cars this is better for the low car. It is a nature reserve so has hides and it great for the bird watcher/photographer they have seating and a shelf for your camera while looking out over a big span of water and a good zoom lens is needed to get close ups. P.S. No toilets or cafe at this one.

   Had a lovely drive out to Moore Nature Reserve , went to feed the birds but unfortunately you can't get access to the lake , still enjoyed the walk through reserve , kept under trees for dog as quite warm in the sun , managed to get some pictures of Lake via bird hides , stunning area , saw one squirrel and a kestrel whilst out , dog enjoyed the outing , had a good run around

   Great place for a walk. Lots of bird watchers go here but it's a lot bigger than it seems and you can walk for a couple of hours. There's a dogs of lead field in front of the car park but because of the car park it is not secure. Dogs must be on lead in all other areas apart from here, so bear that in mind if your dog has more fun off lead.

   Great for walks, runs and rides. There are paths where they aren't muddy as they've been treated or you can explore and get into more muddy paths, very calm and quiet. Great to appreciate nature just 10' from Warrington.

   Lovely quiet place for a walk. Large field, woodland and a reservoir but you can only see the water through a viewing point. We saw a beautiful red butterfly (looked a bit like a peacock butterfly), orange caterpillar and what looked like blue dragon flies We spent about an hour here on a Sunday late afternoon and we only saw one couple across the field walking their dog and a gentleman walking his dog coming out of the woodland path. Very easy to social distance. Car park was closed (we went late July) but you can park round the corner and enter the reserve through the gate opposite the industrial estate. BE WARNED - there are loads of mosquitos near the feeding station and I got bitten 11 times!
