Couldn't ask for better service or staff! Always have a smile on their faces and the most welcoming attitudes. They help me choose what coffee I want (or need) even when I don't know. Love coming here for my coffees, keep doing what you're doing Costa Linwood!

My car was damaged to to the sign post being on the ground as someone else has obviously hit it previously. I went into the store to complain but was told the manager would call me and never did I went in again to speak with manager and was told the area manager would call and still no one has done. The customer service of this place is a disgrace. The damaged post and screws in the ground are a hazard and you would think the safety of customers and there vehicles would be top of there list but clearly not.

****** I’ve seen comments about car parking fines, but I think they’re unfair. There are clear signs in the car park and inside the store explaining the policy: if you’re planning to stay for more than 90 minutes, just pop your registration into the tablet provided, and you can stay as long as you like. Simple and hassle-free! It’s also important to note that Costa Coffee doesn’t own or manage the car park. What’s more, these fines are not council or police-enforced. If you receive letters stating you have a fine, it’s worth knowing they cannot legally force you to pay. So blaming them for parking fines just isn’t right at all. Additionally, it’s not Costa’s responsibility to manage YOUR car—that’s on you. The signs are there, and taking notice of them is your responsibility. Passing the blame because you didn’t pay attention isn’t fair. Let’s focus on what Costa does best: yummy coffee, great service, and a friendly atmosphere. They deserve recognition for that, not criticism for something outside their control. ******

I visit Costa Coffee almost daily at different places. This particular one is much quieter than others I attend, but the service is very slow compared to others. Staff are nowhere near as attentive as other outlets. There appears a real lack of supervision. Coffee is still good, and it is a nice place to sit down and have a quiet chat. It simply needs the staff to display more urgency as opposed to their current " so what" attitude.

Costa coffee! As you would typically expect so no issues with service, food or coffee. What I did not like was the absolute terrible cellar service in the area (and Wi-Fi for that matter). The threat of parking charges with ANPR system. I also thought the toilets could have been cleaner. Enjoy the coffee with a drive through recommend.

My husband and I both had to return our coffee (Latte and a Mocha) as neither tasted anything like what they were supposed to: coffee taste was lacking in both - my latte was not milky and my husband's mocha not chocolatey. They redid them for us but they were only marginally better. Disappointing for Costa to say the least.

£17.80 for a small mocha, small hot chocolate, small iced coffee, medium cappuccino and a roll and sausage…. How can you justify such ridiculous prices? Is it because of the war in Ukraine? Never again.

Usual parking fine issue as per other reviewers. Shocking that people cannot enjoy a catch up with friends without getting a £60 fine. Usually use the parking registration in store but it wasn’t working on this occasion and Costa won’t cancel this ticket even though their extended stay machine wasn’t working. Lost a loyal customer. Highly recommend everyone goes to any other coffee shop close by.

Beware of coming here for a coffee. It was really very quiet when I was here and afterwards found out why. The parking is limited to one hour only and you will be fined £60 after this. Not asked for registration number to avoid this. I won’t be returning. There’s plenty other places in the area where this won’t happen.
